Natalie Irizarry

Natalie Irizarry is a seasoned professional with a rich background in and a passion for connecting people. Born in Maine and having lived in various states, Natalie’s journey led her to Northern Illinois University, where she earned a degree in communications media studies.

During her college years, Natalie worked at Panduit Corp, starting in a warehouse role and later transitioning to the company’s human resources department, where she dedicated a decade to fostering a positive work environment. In 2017, Natalie embraced a new chapter in Arizona, first immersing herself in the craft beer scene at Flying Basset Brewing. Here, she not only learned about brewing craft beer but also engaged with customers at Arizona beer fests, managed social media postings and honed her customer service skills. Before joining Accrue, Natalie was a recruiter at Carvana, specializing in hiring Class A CDL drivers. Her emphasis on customer service skills and dedication to helping people find the right opportunities defined her role.

Beyond her professional achievements, Natalie fulfilled a lifelong dream in 2020, putting her communications media studies degree to use as a production assistant on two movie sets and as an extra in another.

Natalie and her partner, Josh, recently moved to a house in Chandler after spending three years in a Mesa apartment. Her latest hobby is decorating their home, which reflects her love for creating welcoming spaces. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling (especially to coastal destinations), water sports, yoga, indulging in a good book, experimenting with new recipes, being creative, watching movies and, admittedly, watching a bit too much of reality TV.
